I swear, I meet the coolest clients thanks to a weird true crime/comedy podcast.

Hannah posted in a Facebook group for fans of this podcast that she was looking for recommendations for Las Vegas wedding vendors, and a few other group members started tagging me in the comments! We connected and instantly hit it off, and we became #official shortly after! Hannah told me some super sweet things about their relationship, so I knew pretty quickly that they were absolutely meant to be together.

“Ralph and I met in 2016 when we worked in a co-working office space for multiple businesses. I was married at the time, and he was in a relationship, so we very slowly became friends because our work sometimes overlapped,” Hannah said. “My ex-husband and I separated, and Ralph and I started dating in September 2017. I didn’t want to date anyone, but there was something different about Ralph.”

It’s always sweet being privy to such knowledge about a couple’s relationship. It really reminds me how important my job is not just to one day, but to a couple’s entire legacy.

“No one has ever loved me the way he has. He respects me, he pushes me to be my best self, he takes care of me, and I know that he will love me forever. He is truly my soulmate in this life,” Hannah said.

And y’all, the moment she knew he was it? It’s so sweet, and it really resonated with me as a crazy cat lady.

“I knew he was the one really early on. It was storming really badly one night and I was at his house in the city, but there were tornadoes down by house about 20 minutes away. I was so worried about my cats, so he drove us down there to check on them once the storms passed, and that's when I knew.”

Like are you kidding me. A man that cares that much about his partner’s fur babies is a keeper!

So to prepare for their September 2022 wedding, they came out to Vegas for their anniversary and to do a bit of wedding planning! We met up at the Neon Museum for some sweet sunset photos, and then we jetted over to Fremont Street. I love this pairing of locations because you really get two very similar but also vastly different looks! The Fremont Street area had also just been redesigned and repainted after nearly two years, so all of these murals were brand new and super vibrant! It really was the perfect backdrop to prepare for their super fun Las Vegas wedding!
