5. Amenities: Look for a getting ready space that offers amenities like a kitchen, bathroom, and comfortable seating. You will want to have snacks, drinks, and a place to relax before the ceremony.

6. Aesthetics: Choose a space that fits your wedding style and aesthetic. If you are having a rustic wedding, for example, you may want to choose a getting ready space that has a barn or farmhouse feel.

Most commonly, couples will opt for a getting ready space in or near their ceremony venue, like a hotel room. If you choose to get ready in your hotel room, make sure you have plenty of space for everyone, plus the hair and makeup artists. I recommend either two conjoining rooms, or a big suite!
