Sunset Couple's Photography on Hawaiian Beaches

I first met Carlie in journalism school at Mizzou, and honestly, this shoot was totally unplanned like, 24 hours ahead of time. Carlie and Ethan both told me how awkward they were, which like, I love when couples say that, because 99% of the time, it’s so crazy untrue.

They made my job as a Destination Engagement Photographer super easy.

They met me at my airbnb, we piled into my tiny little Nissan Sentra, and road-tripped up the coast to get to some of the most amazing beaches.

And then we stood on the beach and prayed to all the gods and goddesses of Hawaii for big waves.

…I think it worked. 😊

We drove a bit further from where we stopped to get the literal best sunset in the entire world. Clear skies, blue waters, and clean beaches. I really could not have asked for more.

Like seriously, talk about couple goals. These two could not have been more perfect.
