Epic Winter Wedding in De Pere, Wisconsin

I had been looking forward to this particular wedding for a year when it finally happened.

Jenn and Bill got engaged in November 2018, and Jenn contacted this Midwest wedding photographer shortly after. At the time, they didn’t even have a date or a venue. That alone was a huge honor to me. We met in downtown Neenah, WI, for wine and to chat about their vision for their day.

A year later, I flew out to Wisconsin for this incredible day. It started at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Appleton. And before we knew it-

BOOM. MARRIED.

So then we jetted over to Voyageur Park in De Pere for some fun portraits! And we tried to ignore how cold it was!!!

After, we headed over to Sidekicks Bar and Grill for more dancing and fun before the reception (and for more shots. because shots)

Then we headed to Swan Club to finish up the night, starting it with the perfect champagne pop!! My favorite part had to be the fountain.

THAT’S RIGHT. A FOUNTAIN OF OLD FASHIONED. AN OLD FASHIONED FOUNTAIN.

Soon after, Jenn and Bill danced to “Can’t Help Falling in Love,” covered by Haley Reinhart. I cried. It’s fine. NBD.

Bill danced with his mom, but Jenn had a few tricks up her sleeve for her dance with her dad… 😏

I have seen plenty of coordinated dances at weddings, but I have never never seen someone break it down like Bruce did! A+ work, my man.
