Seven Magic Mountains Elopement | Las Vegas Wedding

I think Jack figured out the best birthday gift anyone could ever receive – a signed marriage license!

Maggie was the lucky birthday gift recipient on this sunny Las Vegas day when she exchanged rings with Jack. It also happened to be her golden birthday, which, according to legend, means that that year would be her best one yet. I don’t know about you, but I think it started off pretty magically!

Jack and Maggie contacted me about two months before they actually eloped. They’re your classic Bumble success story, and the more we chatted, the more we found out we had in common. They had been previously living in Wisconsin before escaping to the sunny Southwest with their pup Lacy. They compared themselves to a classic HGTV couple – he’s a K9 dog trainer and she’s a commercial cookie baker. Together they have a budget of $5,000,000 for their dream house. 😂

Jack kinda gushed over her when he first contacted me about their wedding. It was probably one of the sweetest inquiry forms I’ve ever received!

“I knew she was the one pretty soon after our first date, we had talked for a while before we actually met in person and she was everything I could imagine and more. She balances me in every way and makes me feel complete. We love to explore new places to eat, we are big foodies. One of the reasons we chose Vegas was because it’s Maggie’s golden birthday during the week, and we want to eat and try as much new food as we can. We also enjoy playing video games together, cooking together, and taking our dog, Lacy, on adventures.”

Once I read that, I could tell they were soulmates, and I just knew we had to work together!

This entire day was filled with little touches that really represented these two and their relationship. For starters, Maggie’s rings had been in the family for decades, as they were originally her great-grandmother’s. The term “precious jewelry” really takes on new meaning when you think about how long ago those rings were forged!

The day started off at the Palazzo with both of them getting ready separately. We held their first look in front of the Love sign that the Palazzo is known for, where these two had written their vows to each other on their phones. They traded phones so their vows could be kept private (since the fam was listening closely nearby), but so they could still share them with each other on their day! We piled into a limo to head out to the desert where we met up with Angie from Peachy Keen Unions, accompanied by another one of her officiants Jacoba. Their ceremony flowed beautifully as the sun set behind the mountains. Maggie opened her first birthday present from her mother-in-law, and before you knew it, we were heading back to the Strip for some more fun photos!

But what’s a wedding day without cake, right? So we popped on by the Sprinkles Cupcake machine located inside the Fashion Show Mall on the Strip – thankfully we found one unlocked door to let us in after hours! I think you can see how the rest of the night went once cupcakes were involved! Congrats, Jack and Maggie!
