Little White Chapel Nighttime Elopement | Las Vegas Elopement

One of my favorite things about being a Las Vegas elopement photographer is that there is so much variety here. Yuko and Wei Li contacted me about photographing their Las Vegas elopement earlier this year and had a really fun vision for the day. They had gotten engaged earlier that year in Banff, which is full of nature and natural beauty. Yuko had a feeling the engagement was coming when Wei Li asked her for her ring size. Yuko is from Japan and Wei Li is from Singapore, so they figured Las Vegas would be a fun contrast to their nature-filled engagement, and a cool place for their families to visit. They had spent several memorable trips to Vegas as a couple, so it also had special meaning to them.

They started the day off getting ready together at the English Hotel before heading off for some portraits. I absolutely love when couples get ready together. You would think it takes the magic away from the moment they see each other at the altar, but I think it actually makes the entire day so much more magical. We stopped in the desert for some nature as an homage to their engagement before going to the Little White Chapel. Their nighttime ceremony was so beautiful and all of their families were so happy to witness the special occasion. After they said “I do,” we headed to the Las Vegas sign for some classic photos, and then we walked around Fremont Street for some elopement photography under the lights. They loved how “American” Vegas feels, and it was the perfect backdrop for them to promise forever to each other.

Congratulations Yuko and Wei Li!
