These straight up cuties have the sweetest love story! Not only are they planning their destination Sedona wedding, but they’re also straight up killing their careers and are amazing dog parents. 

Hope and Cody booked this session with me months in advance, knowing they wanted to have their photos done at the Seven Magic Mountains. At the time, the Seven Magic Mountains were set to be taken down at the end of 2021, but here we are, well into 2022, and it’s still up! Having not known if they’d be taken down, we wanted to celebrate their engagement there. We happened to pick one of the busiest weekends in Vegas, as it was PACKED at this iconic desert spot. But you’d never know – thanks, Photoshop!

We boogied all around this art structure before heading out to the nearby dry lakebed. We packed up into my Subaru and off-roaded out there. Thankfully, the sun peeked out from behind the clouds to give them an incredibly rich sunset for their photos. We popped some champagne and battled the Las Vegas wind that whipped their hair all around!

And, because Hope and Cody met years back while working at a pizza joint, they had to honor their beginnings with a desert pizza party! They swung by a pizza place on the Strip to grab a couple slices before heading down to the Seven Magic Mountains, and I brought my desert-proof blanket for them to sit on. 

We headed back to the Seven Magic Mountains, stopping in the middle of the road on the way, because let’s be honest – who can resist a fun twirl in the middle of a yellow-lined road at sunset??
