This session with Taylor and Zacch made me realize I just love photographing hands. I love the way theirs intertwine and just fit together.

These two have been together for, like, eight freakin years. They’re absolute goals together, and you can tell they understand each other in ways that only couples who have been together for that long do.

So when we were looking for a couple to model for us, Taylor responded saying they would be interested, and we said hell yes to working together! We styled up this cute area with every single plant in the house, some cute accents from Nostalgia Resources, and the sweet couple to top it all off!

Styled in-home sessions are quickly becoming a favorite of mine because of how personal they can be! You get to show off your love with your favorite person AND your own style, all without leaving the comfort of your home? Heck yes. Plus if you have furry friends (like me and my at-home zoo), they can even make an appearance. Because we all know that pets are the new children, and plants are the new pets.

If you do opt for an in-home session, pick a few spots that are your favorites. Some key places to consider are your living room, your kitchen, or even your bedroom! Honestly, as long as there’s some good light and cute people (aka, you), this Las Vegas engagement photographer can turn anything into magic!

But the best part of an in-home session? If you decide mid-way through the session that whatever you’re wearing is hella uncomfy, you can switch it up so easily. There’s no “driving home” from the session because you’re already there. You can truly make these photos whatever you want them to be. Want to just sit and play video games together and maybe throw popcorn at each other? Let’s do it. Want to bake cookies together and have a food fight? Hell yes. Want to have a pillow fight, knowing that the winner picks what you get from DoorDash? I’m super into that.
